Application Instructions:

1. Preheat your garment to remove moisture. Allow your garment to cool. Heat your press to 285º
   
2. Place your image on your garment, color side up
   
3. Press 30 seconds, firm/heavy pressure.
   
4. Remove your garment from the heat press, allow your film to cool down, peel cool.
   
5. Use a silicone cover sheet (Kraft or parchment is optional), press again for 10 seconds. 
   
6. Garment ready to sell.
